Table selection is determined by sponsorship level and date that the completed Sponsor form is received – the higher the sponsorship level and the earlier the form is received, the better your table selection position.

Any of the benefits below may be declined – if any material benefits are declined, the tax deductible documentation will be adjusted accordingly.

The Black Tie Dinner “Add-a-Table” option is available to all sponsors, with scaled pricing for Ruby level and above sponsors. These tables are selected at the same time as the sponsor’s original table.

PRESENTING SPONSOR OPPORTUNITY

Presenting Sponsor naming rights are available, including category exclusivity, prominent promotional and marketing exposure, plus other negotiable benefits. A two-year Presenting Sponsor relationship is preferable for maximum benefit.
