FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2012

8:00PM – 10:00PM	Aetna B4 Black Auction Preview Party Lone Star Ballroom Preconvene
(All guests are welcome to attend) Early bidder registration for Sponsors, Table Captains and their guests. Early viewing, bidding and purchase of Silent Auction items Live Luxury “Big Board” Auction.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2012

3:30PM	Complimentary valet begins
Sponsors with complimentary hotel suites may use the Sheraton Hotel valet prior to 3:30PM. State that you are a Black Tie Dinner guest to assure complimentary valet. Complimentary valet ends 4:00AM Sunday.

10:00PM	Silent Auction check-out Press Club
First Section of Silent Auction will close 15 minutes after the conclusion of the Dinner (the auction will close in sections beginning at the far end of the Lone Star Preconvene and progress toward the sky bridge)

10:30PM - 1:00AM	Grey Goose AfterBlack Party Austin Ballroom
(All guests are welcome to attend) Grey Goose Lounge, musical entertainment and dancing Featured cocktails and vodka drinks compliments of Grey Goose Vodka
