Ads should be designed for either right or left page placement, as special placement requests are limted and require upgrade contribution. BTD submission requirements are strictly digital and absolutely no film will be accepted.
The ad must be submitted as a CMYK high resolution PDF file (minimum 300dpi) with fonts outlined (preferred) or fonts embedded.
